§ 97.07. TIME AND PLACE FOR COLLECTION OF REFUSE, GARBAGE, AND TRASH.

(A) Refuse, garbage, and trash shall be collected at least once a week.
(B) Refuse removal will begin weekly each Thursday at approximately 6:00 a.m. and removal shall be on a once-a-week pick-up basis per residential and business structures. Also, if a holiday falls on a weekday, then pick-up shall be 1 day later.
(C) The Town Council shall establish all routes for town collection throughout the town.
