§ 37.16. CUMULATIVE NON-REVERTING LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING FUND.

Latest version.

(A) A Cumulative Non-Reverting Law Enforcement Training Fund is established.
(B) The Fund shall be funded by revenues derived from fees charged by the town.
(C) The Fiscal Officer shall deposit the fees into the Cumulative Non-Reverting Law Enforcement Training Fund.
(D) Funds received by the Cumulative Non-Reverting Law Enforcement Training Fund shall be used for law enforcement employees’ salaries, law enforcement employees’ benefits, supplies, equipment, or any law enforcement purpose.
