§ 31.03. ELECTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL.

Latest version.

(A) Commencing with the November 1998 election of the office of the Town Council members for former Wards 1 and 3 shall be deemed Council members at large seats and shall be elected for 4-year terms thereafter.
(B) Commencing with the November, 1999 election, the offices of the Town Council members for former Wards 2, 4, and 5 shall also be deemed Council member at large seats and shall be elected for 4-year terms thereafter.
(C) Town Council members shall reside within the town limits of the town.
